Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine the dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, stevia powder, and shredded coconut until mixed.
  2. Add the wet ingredients: Pour in skim milk and yogurt into the dry mixture, then gently fold in raspberries.
  3. Layer with lemon curd: Spoon lemon curd at the bottom of a jar or container.
  4. Add the oat mixture: Layer half of the oat mixture over the lemon curd.
  5. Another layer of lemon curd: Add the remaining lemon curd on top of the first oat layer.
  6. Top with the remaining oat mixture: Spoon the rest of the oat mixture into the jar.
  7. Chill and let set: Seal jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
