Preparation Steps
- Combine the dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, stevia powder, and shredded coconut until mixed.
- Add the wet ingredients: Pour in skim milk and yogurt into the dry mixture, then gently fold in raspberries.
- Layer with lemon curd: Spoon lemon curd at the bottom of a jar or container.
- Add the oat mixture: Layer half of the oat mixture over the lemon curd.
- Another layer of lemon curd: Add the remaining lemon curd on top of the first oat layer.
- Top with the remaining oat mixture: Spoon the rest of the oat mixture into the jar.
- Chill and let set: Seal jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
