Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add chopped spinach, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Combine wilted spinach with ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Unwrap thawed puff pastry sheets, cut into 4-6 equal squares.
  5. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each pastry square, fold and seal edges.
  6. Whisk egg for egg wash and coat the tops of each filled pastry.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes on a wire rack before serving warm.
