Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it with olive oil.
  2. Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick, and arrange in an even layer in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Coat the chicken breasts in the seasoned oil mixture thoroughly.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the zucchini in the baking dish.
