Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the herb oil ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Chop the vegetables into suitable sizes for skewering.
  4. Assemble the skewers by threading the vegetables and pineapple onto the soaked skewers.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 375-400°F.
  6. Brush the assembled skewers with the marinade before grilling.
  7. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning frequently.
  8. Let the skewers rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
