Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: Grate cucumber, sprinkle with salt, let sit for 10 minutes, drain excess water. Mix with Greek yogurt, minced garlic, fresh dill, and lemon juice. Refrigerate.
  2. Mix the Meatloaf Ingredients: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine ground beef, lamb, panko breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, egg, milk, and feta. Mix gently to avoid overmixing.
  3. Shape the Patties: Portion meat mixture into 12 patties, slightly larger than buns. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the Patties: Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Toast the Buns and Prepare Vegetables: Toast buns until crispy. Slice fresh vegetables and pat dry.
  6. Assemble Your Sliders: Spread tzatziki on each bun, layer sliders and fresh vegetables, then top with the other bun.
