Ingredients
  

For the Lasagna
  • 12 oz Lasagna noodles Boil until al dente
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Lump crab meat Adds sweetness
For the Cheese Mixture
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Freshly grated
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese Substitute with cottage cheese for a lighter version
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated preferred
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Can be replaced with half-and-half
  • 4 cups Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil To sauté garlic
For the Topping
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs Use panko for extra crispiness
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Chopped, divided for layering and garnish
  • 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes Optional
For Seasoning
  • Salt Adjust to taste
  • Black pepper Adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8–10 minutes, then drain.
  3. Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Step 4: Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, heavy cream, and half the parsley in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Step 5: In a baking dish, layer Alfredo sauce, lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, seafood, and repeat until finished.
  6. Step 6: Top with mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden.
  8. Step 8: Let rest for 10 minutes, garnish with parsley before serving.
