  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use a hand mixer or sturdy spatula to blend thoroughly until creamy and smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Finely chop your choice of nuts and mix with fresh parsley in a small bowl.
  4. Remove the cheese mixture from the refrigerator. Scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll each cheese ball in the nut and parsley mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coating.
  6. Serve immediately with mini skewers or toothpicks, or refrigerate until serving.
