Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Finely chop your chosen fruits into approximately 1/4-inch pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and chopped fruit, mashing slightly. Add stevia to taste.
  4. Add 2 teaspoons of granola at the bottom of each muffin cup, then spoon in 2 tablespoons of yogurt-fruit mixture, topping with 1 teaspoon of granola.
  5. Freeze the muffin tin for 2-4 hours until completely firm.
  6. Let the muffin tin sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before removing the bites.
