- Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Finely chop your chosen fruits into approximately 1/4-inch pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and chopped fruit, mashing slightly. Add stevia to taste.
- Add 2 teaspoons of granola at the bottom of each muffin cup, then spoon in 2 tablespoons of yogurt-fruit mixture, topping with 1 teaspoon of granola.
