  • 1 cup Corn canned or frozen
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup homemade or dairy-free alternatives
  • 0.5 cup Milk almond milk can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or use fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder or use fresh onion
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
For the Topping
  • 1 bag Tater Tots
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese can substitute with Monterey Jack or vegan cheese

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large skillet, over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.

  3. In the same skillet, stir in corn, cream of mushroom soup, and milk; mix well. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread the beef mixture evenly across the bottom.

  5. Layer the tater tots on top of the beef mixture in a single layer.
