Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the Stove Top stuffing mix with 1 cup of hot water in a medium bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix the prepared stuffing, ground beef, beaten eggs, chopped onion, ketchup, garlic powder, salt and pepper until just combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or shape it on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Spread a thin layer of ketchup or barbecue sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake the meatloaf for approximately 1 hour, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
