Preparation Steps
- In a medium mixing bowl, measure 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats and 1 cup of milk (or your preferred dairy alternative). Stir the oats and milk together thoroughly until they are well combined, ensuring all oats are soaked.
- Take 5 to 6 crushed Oreos and sprinkle them into the oat mixture. Gently fold the cookies into the oats with a spatula, ensuring an even distribution of cookie chunks throughout the mixture.
- Scoop the oat mixture into two sealed containers, dividing it evenly. Make sure to leave enough space at the top of each container to allow for expansion as the oats soak up the milk.
- When you’re ready to enjoy, open the containers and give the oats a good stir. For an extra indulgent touch, top with additional crushed Oreos and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
