- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, and eggs until just combined. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the breakfast sausage. Cook until fully browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a greased baking dish, pour half of the pancake batter, then layer with cooked sausage and half of both cheeses. Pour remaining batter and top with rest of the cheeses.
