  1. Preheat your broiler to high. Slice a large baguette into 24 rounds, each about ¾ inch thick. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned and crisp.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped peaches, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, and thinly sliced basil. Gently toss the mixture together until combined.
  3. Spread about 1 teaspoon of creamy goat cheese evenly on each toasted baguette slice. Next, take approximately 1 tablespoon of the peach mixture and spoon it generously on top.
  4. Arrange your assembled Peach Bruschetta on a beautiful platter, drizzle olive oil and honey over the top and serve at room temperature.
