Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and 1/2 cup of softened butter. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into a greased 9x9-inch baking pan.
