  3. Gradually mix in the oat flour, rolled oats, pumpkin pie spice, and baking soda until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 24-26 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
