- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then cook skin-side up for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- In the same skillet, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and garlic, and whisk together.
- Increase heat and allow the glaze to thicken slightly, about 30-60 seconds.
- Coat the salmon in the glaze and serve warm.
