Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. In the same skillet, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and garlic, and whisk together.
  5. Increase heat and allow the glaze to thicken slightly, about 30-60 seconds.
  6. Coat the salmon in the glaze and serve warm.
