Step-by-Step Instructions for Ranch Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning mix, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, and milk. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf about 2 inches thick and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
  4. Spread half of the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. With about 10-15 minutes remaining, apply the remaining ketchup on top.
