Baking Instructions

  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, flatten slightly, add raspberry jam in the center, and seal the edges.
  7. Shape dough into balls and place on the baking sheet, space them out.
  8. Sprinkle with sliced almonds before baking.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until edges are golden.
  10. Cool for 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
