Step-by-Step Instructions
- Dissolve the blue Jello powder in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Then, add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well. Allow the Jello mixture to sit for about 20–30 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Once the Jello has thickened, grab 5 to 8 small dessert cups. Place a generous layer of fresh blueberries at the bottom of each cup. Carefully pour the thickened Jello mixture over the blueberries, ensuring they are just covered. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until completely set.
- After the Jello is set, gently stir the Cool Whip until smooth and creamy. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the Cool Whip over each cup to create a fluffy layer atop the Jello.
- Slice fresh strawberries and toss them in Marzetti glaze until well coated. Spoon the glazed strawberries over the Cool Whip layer in each cup.
- Top each cup with an additional glazed strawberry and insert red, white, and blue star cocktail picks for a festive presentation.

Notes
Allow the Jello to thicken sufficiently before pouring. Use smaller cups for portion control. Prepare the Jello layer a day in advance for freshness.
