  • 1 cup bell peppers finely chopped
  • 1 cup cucumbers seedless, chopped

Instructions

  3. Mix Dressing: Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
  4. Combine: In a bowl, toss together cooked shrimp, mango, bell peppers, and cucumbers.
  5. Dress Salad: Drizzle dressing over the salad, toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve Fresh: Serve immediately, garnishing with cilantro or lime wedges if desired.
