- Boil 4 cups of water until rolling. Remove from heat and add 4 black tea bags. Steep for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and stir in ½ cup of sugar while the tea is warm until fully dissolved.
- Cut 4 ripe passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into the tea. Stir gently until combined.
- Transfer the tea to a pitcher and let cool to room temp. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
