Step-by-Step Instructions
- Juice fresh lemons until you have about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Wash ripe peaches under cold water. Slice the peaches in half, remove the pits, and cut them into smaller wedges. Reserve a few slices for garnishing.
- In a blender, add the sliced peaches and 1 cup of chilled lemonade. Blend on high until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
- Strain the blended peach mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into another pitcher, pressing the pulp to leave skins behind.
- Add the strained peach puree back to the pitcher with the remaining chilled lemonade. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour the lemonade over ice in glasses, and garnish with reserved peach slices, lemon wedges, and mint.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Peach Lemonade.
