Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Juice fresh lemons until you have about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Wash ripe peaches under cold water. Slice the peaches in half, remove the pits, and cut them into smaller wedges. Reserve a few slices for garnishing.
  3. In a blender, add the sliced peaches and 1 cup of chilled lemonade. Blend on high until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
  4. Strain the blended peach mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into another pitcher, pressing the pulp to leave skins behind.
  5. Add the strained peach puree back to the pitcher with the remaining chilled lemonade. Stir until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the lemonade over ice in glasses, and garnish with reserved peach slices, lemon wedges, and mint.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Peach Lemonade.
