Step-by-Step Instructions for Peach Sorbet
  1. Begin by selecting 800 g of ripe yellow peaches. If using fresh peaches, slice each peach into 8 wedges and peel the skin off.
  2. Place the prepared peach slices into a food processor or blender. Add 200 g of caster sugar to enhance sweetness. Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Once the peach mixture is smooth, squeeze in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and blend again for about 10 seconds to combine thoroughly.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into a suitable container, cover it, and place it in the freezer for 6-7 hours, or until firm.
