Cooking Steps

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wedges in a single layer. Roast for 25 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, Dijon mustard, diced onion, and lemon juice to prepare the sauce.
  6. Check the cabbage for doneness around the 25-minute mark. Continue roasting if necessary.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and drizzle the Onion Dijon sauce over the wedges before serving.
