  • 1 cup Giardiniera Mild or Hot
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
For the Lemon Basil Aioli
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Fresh is a must
  • 1 whole Lemon Zest and juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill for indirect cooking to medium-high heat, about 400°F. Warm for 15 minutes.
  2. While the grill heats, prepare the giardiniera relish and lemon basil aioli in a food processor.
  3. Grill sausages on indirect heat for 8-10 minutes. Check for an internal temperature of 150°F.
  4. Move sausages directly over heat and grill each side for 2-3 minutes until charred and internal temp reaches 160°F.
  5. Lightly spray brioche rolls with cooking spray and toast on the grill for about 1 minute.
  6. Assemble by placing a grilled sausage in each roll, topping with giardiniera relish and lemon basil aioli. Serve immediately.
