- Preheat the grill for indirect cooking to medium-high heat, about 400°F. Warm for 15 minutes.
- While the grill heats, prepare the giardiniera relish and lemon basil aioli in a food processor.
- Grill sausages on indirect heat for 8-10 minutes. Check for an internal temperature of 150°F.
- Move sausages directly over heat and grill each side for 2-3 minutes until charred and internal temp reaches 160°F.
- Lightly spray brioche rolls with cooking spray and toast on the grill for about 1 minute.
