Making Sauce
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Pour over the chicken.
Cooking Noodles
- In a separate pot, cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Combining Ingredients
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and garlic to the chicken. Stir together and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add cooked noodles to the chicken and stir well to combine.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
