  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger Grated.
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Use low-sodium variant for healthier eating.
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce Hoisin sauce can be a substitute.
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar Apple cider vinegar works well too.
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil Drizzle at the end.
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil For frying.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 Green Onions Sliced for garnish.
  • Sesame Seeds Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced cabbage and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl, then pour over the stir-fry.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil and season with salt and pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
