Step-by-Step Instructions for Chipotle Chicken
  1. In a medium bowl, combine beer, chipotle peppers, minced garlic, diced onion, cumin, oregano, lime juice, and any additional spices. Whisk together until well blended. Add the chicken and ensure each piece is coated evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil. Allow the oil to shimmer.
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess liquid drip off. Place the chicken in the skillet and sear for about 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip it and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
