  • 1 cup coconut milk or substitute with 3/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup water adjust for sauce consistency

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons crunchy chili onion (or chili crisp) optional
