- Preheat your grill to high heat (475-500°F) for about 10-15 minutes.
- Cut an 18” x 20” piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil and create a shallow 'pan'.
- Brush the inside of the foil pan with mild oil.
- Add the sliced mushrooms into the oiled foil and sprinkle with kosher salt, then gently toss.
- Place the foil packet on the preheated grill, cover, and cook for the first 5 minutes.
- Carefully stir the mushrooms after 5 minutes, then close the lid and continue cooking for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the hot foil packet from the grill and let it rest for a minute before opening.
