Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to high heat (475-500°F) for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cut an 18” x 20” piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil and create a shallow 'pan'.
  3. Brush the inside of the foil pan with mild oil.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms into the oiled foil and sprinkle with kosher salt, then gently toss.
  5. Place the foil packet on the preheated grill, cover, and cook for the first 5 minutes.
  6. Carefully stir the mushrooms after 5 minutes, then close the lid and continue cooking for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the hot foil packet from the grill and let it rest for a minute before opening.
