Muffin Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in the bowl and mix gently.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin tin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake the muffins for about 23 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 155°F (68°C).
- Add a spoonful of tomato sauce on each muffin and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Broil the muffins for an additional 7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the muffins rest for 2 to 3 minutes before removing them from the pan.
