  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs Use gluten-free if needed
  • 1/2 cup Milk Plant-based milk for dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce can be a substitute
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce Opt for low-sugar varieties if preferred
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Use thick-shredded for melting

Method
 

Muffin Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in the bowl and mix gently.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin tin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. Bake the muffins for about 23 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 155°F (68°C).
  6. Add a spoonful of tomato sauce on each muffin and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Broil the muffins for an additional 7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let the muffins rest for 2 to 3 minutes before removing them from the pan.
