- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Mix gently to combine.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
- If a thicker glaze is preferred, whisk in cornstarch and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Once baked, coat the meatballs in the glaze and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
