Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing the kielbasa into 1-inch pieces, trimming the ends of the fresh green beans, and chopping the onion into small pieces.
  2. In your crockpot, layer the sliced kielbasa, trimmed green beans, and halved baby potatoes evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped onion, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper over the layered ingredients.
  4. Pour the low-sodium chicken broth evenly over the layered ingredients.
  5. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooking is complete, gently stir to combine all the layers of flavors and serve family-style.
