Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and grated ginger.
  3. Transfer the mixed ingredients into a baking dish or lined loaf pan, shaping it into a compact loaf.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together additional gochujang, sugar, and soy sauce to prepare the glaze.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes, brushing the glaze over the meatloaf halfway through.
  6. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer, it should read 160°F (71°C).
  7. Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
