Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, and 2 tablespoons of finely diced fresh dill in a bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Thinly slice a ribeye steak against the grain into strips about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add a tablespoon of oil until shimmering.
  4. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  5. Add the sliced yellow onion to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
