- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the Alfredo sauce, then fold in the shrimp and crab meat. Cook for 3–4 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
- In a greased baking dish, layer seafood mixture, ricotta, and noodles. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with seafood on top, and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
- Cut into portions and serve warm.
