  • 1 lb Shrimp Fresh or well-thawed frozen shrimp
  • 1 lb Crab Meat Or substitute with scallops or cod
For the Sauce
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Homemade versions enhance flavor
For the Cheese Layers
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Cottage cheese can be a lovely alternative
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded works best for melting
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Use grated for even distribution
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper Add a little warmth
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Or use fresh basil as a substitute

Method
 

Assembly Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the Alfredo sauce, then fold in the shrimp and crab meat. Cook for 3–4 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer seafood mixture, ricotta, and noodles. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with seafood on top, and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  7. Cut into portions and serve warm.
