Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef stew meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Place halved baby potatoes in the slow cooker, drizzle half of the melted unsalted butter and olive oil over them, and sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  3. Layer the seasoned beef cubes on top of the potatoes in the slow cooker. Drizzle the remaining melted butter and olive oil over the beef.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
  5. Gently stir the Slow Cooker Garlic Beef Bites to combine the ingredients.
  6. Ladle the beef bites and potatoes into bowls and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
