  • 4 cloves Garlic minced

  • 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning

Preparation Steps
  1. Dice the chicken thighs, slice the sausage, chop the bell peppers, onion, and celery, and mince the garlic.
  2. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over the chicken and sausage, coating evenly.
Slow Cooker Steps
  1. Combine the seasoned chicken, sausage, chopped vegetables, and broth in the slow cooker.
  2. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Final Steps
  1. About an hour before serving, stir in the rice into the slow cooker.
  2. In the last 15 minutes, add the shrimp to the mixture.
