Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the flatbreads on the lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
  3. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add chopped spinach to the saucepan, cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Brush olive oil evenly over each flatbread using a pastry brush.
  6. Distribute the spinach and garlic mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled feta and shredded mozzarella over the spinach layer, then add sun-dried tomatoes and sliced red onion.
  8. Season the pizza with dried oregano and optional red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, cool for a few minutes, slice into wedges, and serve.
