Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the beef ribs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Generously season the ribs with salt and pepper on all sides.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering and sear the ribs for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  5. Place the seared beef ribs in the slow cooker and pour the honey garlic sauce evenly over them.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
  7. Once cooked, remove the ribs and thicken the sauce in a saucepan by gradually adding a cornstarch mixture.
