  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Can substitute with chia seeds or omit.
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Can substitute with parsley or basil.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, dark soy sauce, and honey until smooth and glossy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken breasts and pour three-quarters of the marinade over them. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your BBQ grill or stovetop griddle on high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, alternating with chunks of red bell pepper and onion.
  5. Place the assembled skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with reserved marinade halfway through.
  6. Check the chicken's doneness; it should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), then serve with sesame seeds and coriander.
