- In a small bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, dark soy sauce, and honey until smooth and glossy.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken breasts and pour three-quarters of the marinade over them. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your BBQ grill or stovetop griddle on high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, alternating with chunks of red bell pepper and onion.
- Place the assembled skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with reserved marinade halfway through.
- Check the chicken's doneness; it should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), then serve with sesame seeds and coriander.
