Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
  2. Mash 3-4 ripe bananas until mostly smooth.
  3. Combine ½ cup melted unsalted butter with ½ cup granulated sugar and ½ cup brown sugar.
  4. Beat in 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the butter-sugar mixture.
  5. Mix in the mashed bananas until combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
  7. Fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture just until combined.
