Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter and combine it with the extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, cracked black pepper, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk everything together until it's well-blended.
- Take your large, peeled, and deveined shrimp and pat them dry using paper towels. Toss the shrimp in the marinade until fully coated and allow them to marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the marinated shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet and pour the remaining marinade over the shrimp.
- Roast the shrimp in the preheated oven for 8 minutes, then flip them and roast for an additional 7 minutes until they are opaque and firm.
- In a small saucepan, melt additional butter. Drizzle the melted butter mixed with freshly chopped parsley over the shrimp before serving.

Notes
Shrimp can become rubbery if overcooked. Ensure they are patted dry before marinating and arranged in a single layer on the baking sheet.
