- Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts, rinse under cold water, and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour chicken stock into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle half of the spicy ranch seasoning over one side of the chicken, place seasoned side down in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle remaining seasoning over the top of the chicken breasts.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours, checking for 165°F internal temperature.
- Serve whole or shred the chicken for various dishes.
