Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts, rinse under cold water, and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Pour chicken stock into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle half of the spicy ranch seasoning over one side of the chicken, place seasoned side down in the slow cooker.
  4. Sprinkle remaining seasoning over the top of the chicken breasts.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours, checking for 165°F internal temperature.
  6. Serve whole or shred the chicken for various dishes.
