Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • to taste Salt essential for seasoning
  • to taste Pepper freshly cracked preferred
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce for signature flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce opt for tamari for gluten-free
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger freshly minced
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced
For Sautéing
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or another neutral oil
For Heat (Optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional for spiciness

Preparation
  1. Rinse the large shrimp under cold water and pat them dry using a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stir constantly for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in diced fresh pineapple and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, mixing well and adding red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  8. Stir in sliced green onions before serving, adjust seasoning as desired.
  9. Serve hot over jasmine rice, in tacos, or on its own.
