  • 1/2 cup Milk any preferred milk

  • 1 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Granola or nuts/seeds

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, plain yogurt, and your favorite milk. Stir well until combined.
  2. If using chia seeds, mix in to the oat mixture for thickness. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Add optional sweetener and mix well to ensure flavors are evenly incorporated.
  4. Cover bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  5. In the morning, remove from refrigerator, stir, and adjust texture with milk if needed.
  6. Top with sliced strawberries and granola before serving.
