  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables bell peppers, onions, or preferred veggies
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese optional, use cheddar or jack
Tortilla
  • 4 large Tortilla Wraps whole wheat or spinach optional

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 packet of taco seasoning. Blend until smooth and evenly seasoned.
  2. Fold in 1 cup of chopped vegetables and ½ cup of shredded cheese (if using) into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Lay out your tortilla wraps and spread a generous layer of the taco cream cheese filling onto each tortilla.
  4. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla up tightly to secure the filling.
  5. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Slice each rolled tortilla into bite-sized pinwheel pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
