- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, oregano, and cumin. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the seasoned chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and reach 165°F internal temperature.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, onion, and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-7 minutes.
