- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and toast the focaccia for 5–8 minutes.
- Remove focaccia from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and slice horizontally.
- Spread pesto mayo generously on both slices.
- Layer sliced turkey, tomato, and greens on the bottom half.
- Optionally add thin slices of red onion on top.
- Place the top half of the focaccia back and press gently to meld ingredients.
- Cut the sandwich into wedges and serve immediately.
