- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic, diced carrots, and diced bell peppers. Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Push the veggies to the side and add ground beef into the center. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain fat if necessary.
